MUAYTHAI KORAT

 

Originating from the city of Na Korat Rachasima, it was a blend of MuayThai Chai Yut from the days of King Naresuan and the native fighting system of the Isuan people from the Essan basin.

It was first displayed in front of King Mongkut (1804-1868) by Deng Thaiprasert whom after a successful fight was given the honour of the Great Kings Champion

MUAYTHAI NAVARACH

 

Its origins lie in the Royal Courts of King Chukalongkorn (1853-1910) developed from MuayThai Korat and the 3 other Soldier arts of MuayThai, Navarach is a deadly form of MuayThai Close Combat still used today by the Thai Kings own Royal Body Guard and the Thai Elite Special Forces.
